Oleg Myronyuk specializes in performing audit and tax engagements for national and international hedge fund managers and investors, with the majority of his international clients located in South America.
When conducting audits for his clients, he comprehensively examines financial documents to provide reasonable assurance of their validity, and he notes compliance concerns and possible registration requirements with U.S. and foreign regulatory agencies. In addition, he assists with U.S. tax compliance for offshore funds.
Before joining Kaufman Rossin in 2012, Oleg worked with a Philadelphia-based CPA firm specializing in auditing mutual funds. His prior experience includes auditing regulated investment companies for compliance with applicable laws, as well as GAAP and SEC regulations.
An active member of the community, Oleg volunteers with the Education Fund, an organization dedicated to providing private sector leadership and innovation in public schools. Oleg visits elementary school classrooms and introduces students to accounting, business, international trade, globalization, and logistics with critical thinking games and exercises.
Oleg is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
