Michelle Morris-Penn, CPA, FCCA, CISA

Before joining the firm, Michelle served as finance and operations manager at CIPHER, where she performed full-cycle accounting, SOC 1 & 11 audits, and administrative and human resource functions for the cybersecurity company's Miami and London offices. She has also served as chief financial officer for financial institutions in Jamaica and worked as an assistant manager at a Big Four firm for several years. She is a member of the firm’s DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) council, and leads the BOLD (black opportunities for leadership & development) employee resource group. Michelle is also Head of the Florida Chapter of the ACCA North America, a member of ACCA UK, and a member overseas of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (ICAJ) and a member of the South Florida chapter of ISACA.
