Kaufman Rossin Group Promotes Five to Manager

The Kaufman Rossin Group announced today that it promoted five professionals to manager.

Adam Rabinowitz was promoted to Manager of Forensic, Advisory and Valuation Services.  He has experience providing clients with forensic investigative services and dispute-related services, including financial modeling, contract dispute resolution and fraud investigations.

Peter Smith, CVA was promoted to Manager of Business Valuation Services.  Peter provides services in all aspects of business valuation including commercial damage litigation, shareholder disputes, marital dissolution, estate and gift tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and financial reporting.

Richard St. Germain, AVA was promoted to Manager of Forensic, Advisory and Valuation Services.  Richard has more than  ten years of business valuation  experience,  including valuation services for corporate planning and strategy, financial reporting, estate planning, stock options, purchase and sale agreements, commercial litigation and ESOP’s.

Jose Cuneo, CPA, CFE was promoted to Manager of Forensic, Advisory and Valuation Services.  Jose provides litigation support on various aspects of domestic and international commercial cases including calculation of economic damages.  He has also assisted counsel of South American governments in disputes against U.S. entities.

Adriana Corrales  was promoted to Manager of Kaufman Rossin Fund Services, LLC.  In addition to her many responsibilities within the organization, Adriana is responsible for the operational oversight of large and complex fund accounting clients and also leads the Audit Liaison and Fund Dissolution departments.
