Overview
Jonathan is a manager in Kaufman Rossin's Business Consulting services practice. He assists businesses and individuals with financial due diligence and analysis of financial transactions across industries.
He primarily focuses on transaction advisory services, helping clients through merger and acquisition transactions. Jonathan also collaborates on engagements involving corporate finance, strategy, transformation, and post-transaction integration services.
Before joining the firm, Jonathan provided financial services in the wealth management division of a global firm. His expertise included: significant pension funds and endowments, constructing investment policy statements and portfolios, research, and asset recommendations. Additionally, Jonathan spent several years as a finance lead for a large publicly traded marketing firm based in Latin America.
Jonathan is a board member of the UF Hispanic Alumni Association. He received his bachelor's in business administration from Florida International University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
