He establishes strong relationships with clients and advises them on a variety of strategies, including risk assessments, risk prioritization and containment, corporate governance, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance and internal controls, internal audits, anti-fraud engagements, financial analyses and data interpretations. Chandra provides advisory services, as necessary, to clients on mergers, bankruptcies, restructurings and turnarounds. Chandra also collaborates with firm leaders to develop tailored and intricate solutions to additional business challenges clients may face.
Chandra has managed large-scale, cross-national, and international corporate governance and compliance projects. His expertise spans more than 20 industries, including manufacturing, financial services, banking, hedge funds, information technology, internet services, media and non-profits. He also provides guidance to e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retailers. A motivated leader committed to life-long learning and continuous improvement, Chandra earned the following certifications from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA):

• Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF); and
• Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV).
He is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA) and has passed the Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) exam. Chandra recently successfully completed a leadership program offered by a globally reputed University.
Chandra is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce with specialization in Advanced Accounting and Auditing with first class honors from the University of Pune, India, and a Lean Six Sigma Certification from Villanova University.
Chandra is fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil and has working knowledge of German.
